Cover Papers
High Gloss UV 14 pt. Cover Paper
Ultra-Glossy 14 pt. (300 gsm) Coated Cover with UV Coating is a long-lasting, heavy, and thick card stock paper. It looks similar to a photo paper, with a smooth, almost plastic-like finish. The High Gloss UV Coating reflects light rays, offering exquisite shine, vibrant colors and protection against stains and damage. It enhances colors and accentuates graphics. You cannot write on paper with High Gloss UV Coating.
Gloss 100 lb. Cover
The 100 lb. Gloss Cover is smooth, glossy and flexible, yet sturdy. It is a thinner cover stock than other options. It has a subtle sheen that protects against stains and makes colors appear lively and bright. Writability is not guaranteed on glossy paper.
Matte Recycled 100 lb. Cover Paper
Recycled 100 lb. (250 gsm) Cover Paper with a Matte Finish is a thin card stock with a slight sheen. Colors appear soft and slightly muted, giving a classic, vintage effect. The matte finish is easy to write on.
Interior Papers
Gloss 100 lb. Paper
The 100 lb. Gloss Book is a smooth, glossy paper with a thickness similar to a soft cover of a booklet/catalog. It has a subtle sheen that protects against stains and makes colors appear lively and bright. Writability is not guaranteed on glossy paper.
Gloss 80 lb. Paper
The 80 lb. Gloss Book is a light, glossy paper. This high-quality stock has brilliant color vibrancy and offers protection from damage. Writability is not guaranteed on glossy paper.
Uncoated 70 lb. Paper
The 70 lb. Offset Opaque Smooth White is our lightest paper, but durable. This stock is a writable, bright white paper with a textured feel.
Recycled 80 lb. Matte Paper
Recycled 80 lb. Text Paper with a Matte Finish has a slight sheen. Light rays that strike a matte surface are dispersed rather than reflected. As a result, the paper offers a subdued appearance with softer colors than glossy paper and has a smoother feel than uncoated stocks. Matte finish is easy to write on.

• Holds pages together using staples that are inserted in the spine of a document before it's folded

Spiral Binding / Coil Binding
• Holds pages together using a round metal or plastic wire that is looped through holes that are drilled along one edge of the document
• Lies flat when open, and the document can double over on itself
• Works best for documents up to 400 pages long
• Perfect for: Booklets, Manuals, Notebooks

Comb Binding
• Holds pages together using a round plastic binding that is looped through square holes that are drilled along one edge of the document

Graphics
- We accept the following file formats: .TIF, .TIFF, .EPS, .AI, .PSD, .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, .PNG, .PDF.
- Design your files on our templates and keep all critical images and/or copy within the Safe Zone. This will ensure these elements are clearly visible and there are no registration issues when the product is bound.
- For more information on bleed, color, file formats, file size, fonts, and resolution, please refer to our Checklist for Print-Ready Artwork
- Crossover images and/or copy are not recommended, as these elements may be lost in the gutter and may not line up after binding.
- Artwork must be a minimum of 350 dpi (dot per inch) resolution at 100% of the final print size.
- Images designed for the web typically cannot be used for printing as they have a low screen resolution of 72 dpi. Print images need to be created at 350 dpi or there will be a substantial drop in the image quality.
- All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode.
- All black & white artwork must be provided in grayscale color mode.
- We cannot guarantee 100% color match. We are able to match your color up to 85%, so there might be a 15% shift in color when your product is printed.
- Verify art has 0.25-in bleed. Example:
- Final size = 8.5-in x 11-in
- Art sized with bleeds = 8.75-in x 11.25-in
- For best results, please use our Templates. All the available templates already have the correct dimensions, including bleed.
