I reached out to Sharon on Friday with a last minute request and a short turn around time and her and Bill made it happen as if it was nothing. Our deliverables were at our office downtown by 2pm on Monday including an additional request we added on Monday morning. They were both so responsive and helpful I know i wouldn’t have gotten this type of service any where else. The customer service and turnaround time is second to none. I felt as if i was their only customer the entire time. I will 100% use plum grove any chance i get.
