The Deep Sea Blue 10 1/2 x 13″ plaque features a striking metal border and a deep blue acrylic panel with an ebony finish, complemented by a custom header plate. It includes 12 individual plates that can be released by entering the end-user code found on the back of the plaque into our plate release website. Each plate comes with a permanent adhesive backing for easy application. Plaques with the engraved header plate and any initial plates ordered will be shipped within approximately 10 working days, each packaged individually in a 2-piece presentation box. For additional plates, simply visit the Easy Perpetual website at the end of each period to place your order, with new plates arriving by mail in just a few days. Made in the USA.
