Gringo
Gringo was rescued from a farm in Oklahoma and adopted from the Anti Cruelty Society in Chicago on the July 4th weekend in 2021. His original name was “Cruiser” which should have been a hint he loves to run away! He loves to cuddle and can’t get enough attention. Originally they said he is a yellow Labrador mix. That turned out not to be the case. A DNA test confirms he is:
- 24% Great Pyrenees
- 16% Tree Walker Coonhound
- 13% American Pit Bull Terrier
- 10% American Stratford Terrier
- 9% Blue Tick Coonhound
- 9% Boxer
- 8% Redbone Coonhound
- 3% Chow Chow
- 2% Beagle
- 2% Rottweiler
- 2% Labrador Retriever
- 1% Black and Tan Coonhound
- 1% English Foxhound
Who would’ve know he was 13 dogs instead of one?
