Address counts from previous months can give you an estimate of how many addresses to expect on a new movers mailing list, however, we are unable to predict the exact amount of people who will move each month.
Mailing lists can be delivered via email (in Microsoft Excel format) and/or printed on peel and stick labels and delivered in the mail.
Undeliverable mail is due to a variety of circumstances. For example, a piece of mail will be returned if a house is vacant – even though the house has just been purchased. There may not be anyone living in the house yet, or the house may be rented by someone under a different name than the owner. This type of circumstance, along with a variety of others, can lead to an undeliverable piece of mail.
You can change your zip code targeted areas; however, for new zip codes to be included on your upcoming mailing list please allow 3 business days advance notice prior to your monthly mailing list delivery date. Contact Mail Made Simple customer service at +1 866-738-3702 or email email@example.com. Include your company name and new zip codes.
Once you purchase a mailing list, it is your property. You can use each month’s list as many times as you want; however, you are responsible for running your multi-list use list through a certified National Change of Address (NCOA) provider if you wish to use it past a 30-day period. Mail Made Simple mailing lists are provided within NCOA compliance at the time of purchase, but you are responsible for any ongoing NCOA processing to keep the address list within postal compliance past the 30-day period.
If you are a monthly subscriber, we will bill your credit card each month on your order date. Annual subscriptions can be pre-paid with a credit card or check. Checks should be made out to Plum Grove Inc. and mailed to:

If you are not pleased with our service for any reason, you can cancel your subscription anytime at no additional cost. We must receive notice at least 3 business days in advance of your mailing list delivery date to cancel the mailing list for the current month. Mailing lists that have already been delivered to you cannot be refunded. Annual subscription cancellations will be prorated and the unused portion will be refunded.
Both monthly and annual subscription cancellations must be in writing and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
