New Launch:Real Estate Division

In 1989, Plum Grove launched its Real Estate division, selling printed products to real estate agents. Plum Grove provided the tools to win realtors new listings and sell the houses that they already had listed. That boom absolutely took off! We offered hundreds of products to support the industry. Sales climbed quickly, and ultimately drove 25% of Plum Grove’s revenue. Plum Grove was a leader in real estate printed products and marketing for over 20 years.

By 2008, the real estate industry declined dramatically, and real estate agents stopped their marketing efforts. This shift is a reflection of how the world changes, marketing changes, and the economy changes. Plum Grove knows all too well that you have to have enough diversification in your business – both your customer base and your product base – to survive unexpected changes. We’ve always invested heavily in both services and technology, so if any one thing changes, it doesn’t endanger our business.
