Executive Team
Ric has worked in print-related industries for more than 15 years. He has a background in managing operations and launching new production facilities including lamination and fabric departments. At Plum Grove, Ric manages the entire production department. He coordinates schedules, oversees shipping, reviews documentation, orders materials, manages production meetings, and maintains the equipment. He also brings a personal touch and encouragement to every person on the production floor.
